Suitable for use with or without weights and dumbbells, NOHrD has designed this WeightBench so that you can engage in a wide range of exercises and workouts at home. The adjustable backrest can be set to eight different positions to extend the range of possible exercises, and the upholstered surfaces are ergonomically shaped to offer optimal support as you work out.
